Shipments within Spain
> Courier (Peninsula): We send the order via Correos to the shipping address you indicate. Delivery within 48-72 working hours from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
> Correos Paquete Postal (only valid for Andorra, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): To be picked up at your nearest post office. Delivery in 5-10 working days from the order leaves our warehouse.

Returns Policy
In compliance with current regulations, the user has the right to return any book within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned books must be in normal condition (with their original packaging and unused). Within 30 days of receipt of the return, Raposeiras Editorial undertakes to refund you.
Before making the return, you must contact us by email (pedidos@raposeiraseditorial.com) so that we can tell you how you can send us the order and the procedure to follow.
If the cause of the return is that the book is defective or not the one you ordered, Raposeiras Editorial will bear the costs of the return and the new shipment. If the reason is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.
The amount will be refunded once the returned order arrives at our offices and with the same form of payment that you used: either it will be paid to your credit card or to your account by bank transfer.
